1 Night/ 2 Days Jungle Safari
Trip Overview
This safari trip is the shortest safari plan in Chitwan which will cover the basic activities to be enjoyed in Chitwan. If you are tight in time, this plan will be a great fit to spend a relaxing day with wildlife.
Itinerary
Day 01:
Upon your arrival at Chitwan, you will be offered refreshment & be given a briefing at the camp and its facilities. After which your programs for the day will be given and then your room will be allocated to you.
Afterward, the program will be organized as hereunder :
13:00 PM : Lunch
15:30 PM : visit to the Government Elephant Breeding Center. Then Village tour to a nearby ethnic Tharu Village where you will learn more about the life and lifestyle of the Tharus. Visit the National Park Visitor’s center where you can learn more about the National Park and Wildlife & Sunset view from the Bank of the Rapti River.
17:30 PM : Light Refreshment (tea, Coffee…)
19:00 PM : Tharu Cultural Dance presentation ( In which you will also be invited to participate) by the local ethnic villagers.
20 :00 Pm : Dinner.
Day 02 :
6:00 AM : Wake up call.
6:30 AM : Elephant Back Safari : An excellent opportunity to see four different kinds of Deer, Great one horned Rhinoceros , wild Boar, Monkeys, Leopard and the Royal Bengal Tiger( If you are Lucky). You will also encounter many smaller mammals that have made Chitwan their home.
8:20 AM : Breakfast
8:50 AM : Departure for your onward Journey.
